Owner of Village 9 Salon and Master Stylist
With 25+ years in the industry she loves, Kelly is a color specialist that utilizes multiple techniques for creating new looks. Kelly was the recipient of the Loudoun Times-Mirror's 2021-2023 Best of Loudoun Best Hair Stylists. She excels at color correction, and offers options in hair extensions. Kelly also works with fine hair and is an expert in hair/scalp care helping Clients get optimal hair health. She offers early morning appointments.
